Beasts of Bodmin
Today's fantasy trip is to Bodmin. I'm pretty sure we went here on a family holiday once but Bodmin Jail would have been seared into memory forever so maybe not. This flickr set is the source of my whetted appetite (the attractions on the Isle of Wight look pretty good too) and here is Cornwall's official list of tourist attractions. There are like 6 castles! And; "The legend of King Arthur is brought to life with spectacular laser lights, music and a narration by the popular actor Robert Powell" !!!+
TUNNELS THROUGH TIME awh man this looked so good but has apparently been rebranded as 'Buccaneer Bay' for some stupid Duncan Bannatyne tv thing and 'injected with some PIRATITUDE'. Seriously?

Because the majority of guys are too stupid and insensitive to realize a person like you may possess qualities of beauty. Become aware of what's beautiful within you and cultivate it. Don't be afraid of men. Be true to yourself, and hopefully an honest love will come your way. The more you have confidence and belief in your own beauty, the more likely this is to happen.
There's this guy that I really like. He tells everyone that he doesn't even like me as a friend, but when we're alone together we do things that are reserved for people who think of each other as more than friends. What do I do?

The guy's a jerk. I know that won't discourage you from liking him, but he's got a major personality flaw: disrespecting you. Be careful of this kind of butthead, because his sleaze behavior may rub off on you, and then your life will become more and more hellish. Next time you're alone with him and he tries to get "friendly," tell him your friend Thurston Moore wants to kick his ass. And then tell him why.

The Fox Sisters
The Fox sisters were three sisters from New York who played an important role in the creation of Spiritualism, the religious movement. The three sisters were Leah Fox (1814–1890), Margaret Fox (also called Maggie) (1833–1893) and Kate Fox (1837–1892). The two younger sisters used "rappings" to convince their much older sister and others that they were communicating with spirits. Their older sister then took charge of them and managed their careers for some time. They all enjoyed success as mediums for many years.
In 1888 Margaret confessed that their rappings had been a hoax and publicly demonstrated their method. She attempted to recant her confession the next year, but their reputation was ruined and in less than five years they were all dead, with Margaret and Kate dying in abject poverty.
